Customers may request a full refund before SetPoint Athletes begins work on their recruiting profile. Once processing and profile development start, standard terms apply immediately.

All sales are final once profile development has begun. No refunds will be issued after work has started, except as strictly required by applicable law.

Profile Development Triggers & Rationale

Profile development begins when SetPoint Athletes starts reviewing submitted athlete information, organizing recruiting stats or academic media, writing copy, building layout elements, or preparing publication assets.

Because every recruiting profile is a customized service requiring professional time, creative work, and production resources, refunds are unavailable once work starts, regardless of completion progress.

Once an athlete profile is completed or delivered, payments are nonrefundable. The $149 package includes one basic revision to address reasonable corrections within the original scope of service.

To request cancellation before work begins, contact SetPoint Athletes via our website contact form. Requests must include customer name, athlete name, and purchase confirmation.

SetPoint Athletes provides professional profile tools. Scholarships, roster positions, college admissions, coach responses, and opportunities are not guaranteed. Lack of an offer does not qualify for a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law, including remedies when purchased profile development services are not delivered as agreed.
